The one that fits your business. Choosing it is part of our work: we weigh the size of your list, how each platform charges, and what it has to connect to, such as your website forms, booking tool or online store. If you already use a platform that does the job, we build on it instead of moving you.
You do. The list and the platform account stay in your business's name, and we work in the account with our own user login. Your subscribers, templates and automations remain yours if the engagement ends, and you can export the list at any time.
For most service businesses we start with one newsletter a month, plus automated emails triggered by what each person does, such as joining the list, asking for a quote or going quiet for a while. After a few sends, unsubscribes, opens and clicks show whether your list wants more or less, and we adjust from there.
Deliverability starts with your domain. We check that SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up, since Google's sender guidelines require them of anyone sending to Gmail in volume. After that it comes down to list care: removing bounced and long-inactive addresses, making it easy to unsubscribe, and sending people what they signed up for.
Email work is quoted per project once we have agreed the scope. What shapes it is how many sequences to build, whether we are setting up a new platform or taking over one you already have, how many campaigns you want each month, and how much cleaning the list needs first. The platform's own subscription is billed to you by the provider and is separate from our work.
