Collision Repair & Auto Body Marketing

Be the body shop people find and trust.

Enginuity builds websites for collision repair companies and handles their auto body shop marketing: local search, advertising and video that bring the right customers to each location. Collision customers are often stressed, short on time and dealing with an insurance claim for the first time, so our sites explain the process plainly, show the workmanship and make the first call easy.

Auto body shop marketing: common questions

Step by step, before the customer has to ask. We write pages that walk through what happens after an accident: getting an estimate, dealing with the insurer, choosing a shop and how long repairs usually take. An online estimate request lets people send photos of the damage from their phone. If you're on insurer direct repair programs, we explain what that means for the customer.

Each shop gets its own location page, its own Google Business Profile and its own review requests, so it can rank for the searches people make near it. The page shows that shop's address, hours, services and any manufacturer certifications, and ads target the area each shop serves. Reports break calls and estimate requests down by location.

Yes, because they show workmanship better than any description. We organize before-and-after galleries by type of repair and produce short videos of frame, paint and ADAS work, which also give you material for social posts and ads. Plates and anything else that identifies a customer's car are blurred unless the owner has agreed to show them.

Not on local search and ads. As is standard for agencies that serve local businesses, we don't market two collision shops competing for the same customers in the same area. If a conflict is possible, we'll tell you before we quote. Shops in different towns aren't after the same searches, so they don't conflict.

Your website, ads and Business Profile each get their own CallRail number that forwards to your front desk, and GA4 records every estimate request. Reports show calls and estimate requests by location and by source, whether that's search, ads, your Business Profile or video. Each channel is then judged on the repair jobs it brings in.
