About Ahmed
Ahmed leads project delivery and operations at Enginuity. He manages the firm's delivery pipeline in Jira, holds each workstream to its timeline, turns client requests into clear, scoped tickets for the engineers, and sends every client their monthly report.
He is also building the firm's operating model: a map of standard functions and a library of standard operating procedures, beginning with document control, so the way Enginuity works is written down and repeatable.
Ahmed brings more than fifteen years in IT operations, project management and business development across logistics, telecommunications, energy and international organizations. He spent nearly ten years leading IT operations for DHL Express, rolling out transport and warehouse management systems and real-time shipment tracking, and supported health information systems for the World Health Organization. He holds a B.Sc. in Control and Systems Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad. He is CCNA-certified, trained in Odoo ERP implementation, works in both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and speaks Arabic and English.
